摘 要:开关柜是配电领域的重要电气设备,过热问题是造成开关柜故障的主要原因之一。该文研究了基于红外热成像技术的温度监测原理,给出了基于红外技术的开关柜电气接头温度监测系统的组成结构与通信方式,开发相应的温度监测系统并成功在变电站投入试用。结果表明,提出的开关柜电气接头温度监测方案可行,开发的温度监测系统能够有效监测开关柜的电气接头温度,并能发现温度异常,从而实现提前预警与故障智能诊断,避免了开关柜过热故障的进一步扩大。Switch cabinet is important electrical equipment in the field of power distribution.This paper studies the principle of temperature monitoring based on infrared thermal imaging technology,gives the structure and communication mode of the temperature monitoring system for electrical connection in switch cabinet based on infrared technology,develops the corresponding temperature monitoring system and successfully puts it into trial use in substation.The results showed that the proposed temperature-monitoring scheme is feasible,and the developed temperature monitoring system can effectively monitor the temperature of the electrical connection in the switch cabinet,and it can find the temperature anomalies,so as to realize early warning and intelligent fault diagnosis,avoiding the further expansion of the overheating fault of the switch cabinet.
