摘 要:热风炉是高炉炼铁生产过程中的重要设备,是能源消耗的关键环节。针对目前国内高炉热风炉的产能效率较低,没有合适的模型进行整体分析的问题,该文研究了基于混合逻辑动态模型的高炉热风炉整体工作流程建模,在辨识得到热风炉2个工作阶段的状态空间方程的基础上,建立了混合逻辑动态模型,并利用HYSDEL语言对热风炉混合逻辑动态模型进行程序分析。该文所建立的模型切实反应了高炉热风炉实际工况,为后续热风炉系统特性的进一步分析和控制方案设计奠定了基础。Hot blast stove is an important equipment in the production process of blast furnace ironmaking and a key point in energy consumption.This paper addresses the problem of low productivity of blast furnace hot blast stoves in China,simultaneously it does not have a suitable model for overall analysis of hot blast stoves.A model of the blast furnace hot blast stove according to mixed logic dynamic modeling which can cover the overall working process is studied.Based on the identified state-space equations of the two working stages of the hot blast stove,a hybrid logic dynamic model was established.The HYSDEL language was used to analyze the dynamic model of the hot blast stove hybrid logic dynamic model.The model established by this research result reflects the actual working conditions of the blast furnace hot blast stove,and lays the foundation for the further analysis of the characteristics of the hot blast stove system and the design of its control strategy.
