摘 要:考虑地震的工况下,尤其是抗震设防烈度高的地区,尾矿坝稳定性往往不能满足要求,从而尾矿坝的抗震成为影响加高扩容的关键因素。通过对运行中的尾矿库进行勘察、试验与监测,得到尾矿的静、动力参数和浸润线埋深等参数。在此基础上,采用等效线性模型模拟库内尾矿的动应力—动应变特征,对坝体采用上游法分别加高9 m、12 m、15 m和18 m的方案进行动力抗震分析,分析得出坝体加高18 m时是合适的,但库内由于地震作用引起的永久变形应引起重视,尾矿库运行中应增加安全超高,加强坝前100 m范围内尾矿的排渗能力,增强尾矿坝的抗震性能。For the earthquake condition,especially in the area with high seismic fortification intensity,the stability of tailings dam often cannot meet the requirement,so the seismic resistance of tailings dam becomes a key factor to affect the heightening and capacity expansions scheme.Through the investigation,test and monitoring of the running tailings pond,the static and dynamic parameters and saturation line parameters of tailings dam are obtained.Based on this,the equivalent linear model is used to simulate the dynamic stress-dynamic strain characteristics of the tailings in the reservoir.The dam body is increased with 9 m,12 m,15 m and 18 m with the upstream embankment method to conduct dynamic seismic analysis.The analysis result shows that it is appropriate to heighten the dam by 18 m,but the permanent deformation caused by the earthquake in the reservoir should be paid attention to.The safety free board should be increased during the operation of the tailings reservoir,and the drainage capacity of tailings within 100 m in front of the dam should be strengthened to enhance the seismic performance of the tailings dam.
