摘　　要：Since the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008,G20 has been upgraded from a mechanism of meeting among finance ministers and central bank governors to a summit mechanism,and has quickly replaced the Group of Seven(G7)as the“primary forum for international economic cooperation”,which has made outstanding contributions to tackling the global financial crisis.
