摘 要:通过SolidWorks对纵振复合棒换能器进行三维建模,利用ANSYS Workbench对其进行模态分析,得到纵振复合棒换能器前四阶模态的频率及振型。将其与ANSYS APDL相同模型的仿真结果进行对比,发现二者结果基本一致,证明ANSYS Workbench对换能器进行模态分析的可行性,为换能器结构优化设计提供了理论基础。The three-dimensional model of the longitudinal compound bar transducer is established by SolidWorks,and the modal analysis is carried out by ANSYS Workbench.The frequency and mode shape of the first four modes of the transducer are obtained.Compared with the simulated results of the same model by ANSYS APDL,it is found that the two results are basically consistent,which proves the feasibility of modal analysis of the transducer by ANSYS Workbench,and provides a theoretical basis for the structural design optimization of the transducer.
