摘 要:为满足某机枪供弹要求,设计了一种能够左右切换供弹的凸轮杠杆组合式输弹机构。建立了输弹机构的三维模型,分析了输弹机构的传速比,在不同射速下对输弹机构进行了动力学仿真,得到其主要运动部件的运动特性及关键部位的受力情况。对输弹机构进行了参数优化,结果表明,输弹机构运行平稳、强度可靠、工作稳定。In order to meet the requirements of a machine gun,a cam lever combined ammunition conveying mechanism which can switch left and right feeding is designed.The three-dimensional model of the projectile conveying mechanism is established,and the transmission ratio of the mechanism is analyzed.The dynamic simulation of the mechanism is carried out under different firing speeds.The motion characteristics of the main moving parts and the stress conditions of the key parts are obtained,and the parameters are optimized.The results show that the mechanism is stable in motion,reliable in strength and stable in operation.
