摘  要:高炉风口破损的原因很多,其中熔损是主要原因之一,它给高炉生产带来了很大的负面影响。文章通过对韶钢8号高炉(3200 m^3)风口熔损的原因进行分析,发现8号高炉风口熔损主要是由出渣铁状况、炉缸状态、炉况状态、渣铁物性及铁口状态等因素造成的,通过采取相应的防范措施,使高炉风口熔损现象得到了有效控制。There are many reasons for the damage of blast furnace tuyeres,and melting loss is one of the main reasons.It has brought extreme negative effect to blast furnace production.In this paper,the causes of melting loss in tuyere for the No.8 blast furnace(3200 cubic meters)at SISG were studied.Through analysis,the melting loss in tuyere of the No.8 blast furnace was mainly caused by slag iron condition,hearth condition,slag iron property,taphole condition,and etc.After appropriate measures were taken in the actual production,the melting loss had been effectively controlled.
