摘 要:就业是最大的民生,大学生就业是学界和社会广泛关注的热点问题。以北京市706名高校大学生为研究样本,基于公共服务动机理论的视角,探究中国传统文化与我国大学生做公务员的意愿之间的作用机制发现,中国传统文化对我国大学生做公务员的意愿有显著的正向影响,公共服务动机在中国传统文化与大学生做公务员的意愿之间发挥完全中介作用。因此,优化公务员招考录用制度,须培育大学生公共服务动机,提升公务员对公共服务动机的认知,在文化自信中弘扬中华传统文化。Employment is pivotal to people’s well-being.The employment of college students is an important issue widely concerned by the academia and the society.From the perspective of public service motivation theory,this paper explores the relationship between the Chinese traditional culture and college students’preference to become civil servants in China,taking 706 college students in Beijing as its research sample.It is found that the Chinese traditional culture has a significant positive impact on college students’intention to become civil servants,and between them public service motivation plays a completely mediating role.Therefore,this study puts forward several suggestions,including optimizing the recruitment system of civil servants,cultivating the public service motivation of college students,improving the cognition of public service motivation by civil servants,and promoting Chinese traditional culture with cultural confidence.
