摘  要:通过对橡胶垫板混炼胶的结合胶含量、门尼黏度及橡胶垫板硬度、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率等材料性能进行测试分析,研究了混炼温度对橡胶垫板性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着混炼温度升高,橡胶垫板混炼胶的结合胶含量先逐渐升高后趋于稳定,门尼黏度逐渐降低;橡胶垫板收缩率显著降低,外观合格率显著升高;橡胶垫板的硬度变化很小,200%定伸应力、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率先增大后减小,均在100℃达到最大值;阿克隆磨耗和动静刚度比先减小后增大,均在100℃达到最小值;工作电阻逐渐升高,超过100℃后趋于稳定。橡胶垫板混炼胶的最佳混炼温度为100℃。The bound rubber content and mooney viscosity of rubber pad compound,and the hardness,tensile strength and elongation at break of rubber pad were tested and analyzed,and the influence of mixing temperature on the properties of rubber pad was studied.The results show that with the increase of mixing temperature,the bound rubber content of rubber pad compound increases first and then stabilizes,and mooney viscosity decreases gradually.The shrinkage of rubber pad decreases significantly,and the qualified rate of appearance increases significantly.The hardness of rubber pad changes little,and the 200%elongation stress,tensile strength and elongation at break first increase and then decrease,reaching the maximum at 100℃.Akron wear and dynamic/static stiffness ratio first decrease and then increase,reaching the minimum at 100℃.The working resistance increases gradually and tends to be stable when the temperature exceeds 100℃.The best mixing temperature of rubber pad compound is 100℃.
