摘 要:道岔钢轨件采用的先喷风后喷雾的热处理方式、操作员手动变速进行全长热处理的方式严重影响道岔钢轨件的热处理质量。本文对目前道岔钢轨件的全长热处理工艺进行了改进,创建了新型道岔钢轨件热处理方式及监控系统。采用全喷风冷却代替目前的先喷风后喷雾热处理工艺,避免了热处理过程中出现马氏体组织的风险,提高了热处理的整体质量水平。采用自动变速走行的自动热处理方式替换目前的操作员的手动调速方式,保证了热处理质量的稳定性。采用监控系统的自动记录和存储热处理过程数据记录的方式代替目前的手动记录方式,确保热处理过程数据真实地反映热处理过程及热处理过程的可追溯性。The full-length heat treatment quality of the turnout rails was seriously affected by the air-mist spray heat treatment method and the manual speed change operation method.In this paper,the current heat treatment process of the full-length turnout rails was improved,and a new type of heat treatment method and monitoring system for the turnout rails were created.The full-air spray cooling method was used to instead of the air-mist spray heat treatment process to avoid the risk of martensite structure during heat treatment process and improve the overall quality level of heat treatment.The automatic heat treatment method with automatic speed change was adopted to replace the current manual speed adjustment method to ensure the stability of the heat treatment quality.In order to ensure that the heat treatment process data can truly reflect the heat treatment process and its traceability,the method of automatic recording and storage of heat treatment process data recording of monitoring system was adopted to instead of the current manual recording method.
