医师参与行为对医患信任度影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医师参与行为对改善医患关系的影响。方法采用专家咨询、问卷调查,对医师参与行为、医患信任度等进行问卷调查。问卷由调查者基本情况、行医体验、医患信任度、医师参与行为、人际信任等方面构成。医师参与行为评价指标采用文献学习法和焦点访谈法编制量表。结果不同年龄、科室医师的参与行为差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);真诚对待患者、重视与患者的心理或情感交流、公平或平等对待患者、向患者充分解释病情与诊治方案以及女性医师对增加医患信任度有积极影响。结论强化医师参与度、重视患者心理感受、提高医疗质量,可增加医患信任度。Objective To discuss the influence of doctor participation behavior on improving the doctor-patient relationship.Methods Adopt an expert consultation method and questionnaire survey method to conduct surveys on doctor participation and the trust between doctors and patients.The questionnaire consists of basic information,medical experience,doctor-patient trust,doctor′s participation behavior,interpersonal trust,etc.The evaluation index of doctor participation behavior adopts the literature study method and focus interview method to compile the scale.Results Doctors of different ages and departments have significant differences in the following participating behaviors(P<0.05);treat patients sincerely,attach importance to psychological or emotional communication with patients,treat patients fairly or equally,and thoroughly explain the condition,diagnosis,and treatment plans to patients.Besides,female doctors have a positive effect on increasing the trust of doctors and patients.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen physician participation,pay attention to patients′psychological feelings,and improve medical treatment quality to increase doctors′and patients′trust.
