摘　　要：目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间黑龙江省医疗机构药学服务开展情况,为在突发事件下如何开展药学服务提供参考。方法采用线上调查问卷方式,从药品供应、调剂、合理用药等方面对2020年1月26日至3月26日新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,黑龙江省医疗机构开展药学服务形式及结果进行调查和汇总分析。结果本次调研的医疗机构共129家,调查期间平均每日审核处方数量2347张,审核医嘱数量约1000余条,开展用药监护患者数量12384例,监护不良反应534例,药学会诊1198例次,线上咨询服务患者7644例,解决问题5963个,发布科普文章446篇,视频133个。结论在突发事件下,医院药学可以在保障药品供应,加强药物合理应用,开展用药安全科普宣讲等多方面开展相应服务,保障患者用药安全、合理。Objective To analyze pharmaceutical services in medical institutions in Heilongjiang Province during the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic and provide references for conducting pharmaceutical services in emergencies.Methods An online questionnaire was used to analyze the forms and results of pharmaceutical services carried out by medical institutions in Heilongjiang Province during the epidemic from January 26 to March 26,2020 from the aspects of drug supply,dispensing,and rational drug use.Results A total of 129 medical institutions were surveyed.During the survey,the average number of prescriptions reviewed per day was 2347 the number of reviewed doctors′orders was about 1000 the number of medication monitoring patients was 12384 the number of monitoring adverse reactions was 534 and the pharmacy consultation was 1198.There were 7644 patients in the online consultations service,5963 problems were solved 446 popular science articles and 133 videos were published.Conclusion In emergencies,hospital pharmacy can provide related services in various aspects,such as ensuring the supply of drugs,strengthening the rational use of drugs,and carrying out scientific education on drug safety to ensure patients′safe and reasonable medication.
