摘  要:在EFS试验台架上装配一套共轨燃油喷射系统,对应某10支喷油器装配到试验台架的适配器上,通过台架试验对比,本组喷油器具有较好的喷油开启延迟和动态回油特性,且130#、132#2支喷油器油量偏差较大,137#、133#、127#、126#和131#、135#、136#、138#各4支喷油器为一组,可用于4缸机共轨柴油机选配试验,有利于发动机动力稳定输出;同时此探索性试验可以作为此类喷油器检测的试验依据,后续试验不断优化改进,可以提供此类喷油器检测指导说明书,为非道路国三国四电控燃油喷射做出相应实践性探索试验。The common-rail fuel injection system is assembled on the EFS test bench.The 10 fuel injectors are assembled to the adaptor of the test bench.By bench test comparison,this set of the injectors has better opening delay and dynamic oil return characteristics,and the oil quantity deviation between the 130#and 132#injectors is large.137#,133#,127#,126#and 131#,135#,136#,138#,each of the four injectors is in one group,which can be used in the selection test of four-cylinder common rail diesel engine and is beneficial to the stable output of engine power;at the same time,the exploratory test can be used as the test basis for the detection of such injectors.As the continuous optimization and improvement of follow-up tests,inspection instructions for such injectors can be provided,and which can make the corresponding practical exploration experiments for non-road ChinaⅢor ChinaⅣelectronic-controlled fuel injection.
