摘　　要：以液压流量计为研究对象,移动式泵站系统提供稳定液压油源,通过快速连接装置,采用容积式流量计称量法直接比对的计量方式,再利用NI DAQ采集卡及LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术测控软件搭建测试系统,完成移动流量校准系统与被试流量计的现场比对校准。Taking the hydraulic flowmeter as a research object,the mobile pump station system provides stable hydraulic oil source,through the quick connection device,the measurement method of direct comparison is adopted by the volume flowmeter weighing method,then the NI DAQ acquisition card and LabVIEW virtual instrument technology measurement and control software are adopted to build the test system,then the field calibration of the mobile flow calibration system and the subject flow meter is finished.
