简易语音通信软件的设计

摘　　要：语音通信软件主要利用WinSocket技术进行设计,根据相关编码对语音进行采集、抽样,编码成数字信号,对生成的数字信号进行网络传输。通信软件能够进行语音回放,压缩,建立起语音通话功能。通信软件实现局域网内的基于IP的语音通信功能,能够在Windows平台下的不同主机之间进行语音通信,通信的延迟能限制在一定范围内。The voice communication software is mainly designed by WinSocket technology.According to the relevant coding,the voice is collected,sampled,and encoded into a digital signal,and the generated digital signal is transmitted through the network.The communication software can play back and compress the voice and establish the function of voice call.The communication software realizes the voice communication function based on IP in the local area network(LAN),and can carry on the voice communication between different hosts under the Windows platform,and the communication delay can be limited to a certain range.
