摘　　要：近年来,我国汽车产业蓬勃发展,与之而来的是在汽车维修中,各大4S店,汽车维修公司在修理汽车时所用的各类压力表的溯源问题。机油泵、汽油泵、助力转向泵、变速箱液压泵在维修时,都需要相应的压力表进行压力值诊断。文章提出了一种多用途汽车维修用压力表检测装置的研制方案并完成实验样机,可实现各类汽车维修用压力表与标准器无损安装并检测。At present,automobile industry is developing vigorously in China.The traceability of various pressure gauges that are used by major 4S shops and automobile maintenance companies has become a significant issue.Pressure diagnosis using different pressure gauge is necessary for repairing various automotive parts like the oil pump,gasoline pump,power steering pump and transmission hydraulic pump.This paper puts forward a development scheme of a pressure gauge testing device for multi-purpose vehicle maintenance and completes the experimental prototype,which can realize the non-destructive installation and testing of all kinds of pressure gauges and standard instruments for vehicle maintenance.
