摘  要:为有效回采矿石资源,宽城建龙矿业有限公司急需对部分矿房的顶柱与间柱进行回采。但是,矿房内空场十分危险,工人无法进入,因此需要开展相关研究工作,一次性高效回收矿房的顶柱与间柱。在参考相关研究工作的基础,决定采用中深孔分段起爆,一次性完成回柱放顶工作。此次爆破炮孔排数多,最大达到17排,实现了多排同段微差大药量爆破,不仅提高了爆破效果,而且充分利用爆能减少了大块产出。多排同段微差大药量爆破,合理的排间微差,减小了爆破震动,保证了底柱不受损坏,为后续出矿提供保证。从根本上解决采空区带来的安全隐患,减少矿柱矿量损失。In order to effectively recover the mineral resources,Kuancheng Jianlong Mining Co.,Ltd.urgently needs to recover the roof and inter-pillars of some mine houses.However,the empty field in the mine is very dangerous and workers cannot enter.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out relevant research work to efficiently recover the roof and interpillars of the mine at one time.On the basis of reference to related research work,it was decided to use medium and deep hole segmented detonation to complete the work of returning to the top of the column at one time.This time,the number of blasting holes is large,up to 17 rows,which realizes the blasting of multiple rows in the same segment with a small difference and large charge,which not only improves the blasting effect,but also makes full use of the blasting energy to reduce the bulk output.Multi-row blasting in the same segment with a small difference and a large amount of charge,and a reasonable small difference between rows,reduces the blasting vibration,ensures that the bottom pillar is not damaged,and provides a guarantee for subsequent mining.Fundamentally solve the safety hazards brought by the goaf and reduce the loss of ore pillars.
