摘　　要：文章针对TFT-LCD彩膜工艺段产品顽固性不良的改善,运用精益六西格玛方法进行剖析、改善。对彩膜工艺段存在的可能造成品质不良的风险点进行界定。运用六西格玛管理基本工具等方法查找相关影响因素,并制定有效改善措施,有效的提升了该工艺段Yield。In this paper,the Lean six Sigma method is used to analyze and improve the stubbornness of the products in the color film process section of TFT-LCD.The risk points that may cause poor quality in the color film process section are defined.The use of Six Sigma management tools and other methods to find the relevant influencing factors and formulate effective improvement measures can effectively improve the Yield of the process section.
