摘　　要：当前,水利水电工程作为我国利国利民的基础工程,其对施工技术和工程质量的要求越来越高。为更好地掌握水利水电工程中的基础施工技术,做好基础施工环节,文章通过围绕水利水电工程基础施工中的技术特点、准备工作以及应对措施等方面,总结分析了施工中所能应用到的相关施工技术要点及处理对策,为高质量完成水利水电工程项目提供技术支撑。At present,as the basic project of benefiting the country and the people in our country,water conservancy and hydropower projects have higher and higher requirements for construction technology and project quality.In order to better grasp the basic construction technology in water conservancy and hydropower projects and do a good job in foundation construction,this paper focuses on the technical characteristics,preparatory work and corresponding measures in the foundation construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects.This paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant construction technical points and treatment countermeasures that can be applied in the construction,so as to provide technical support for the high-quality completion of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
