摘 要:通过提供单元凸、凹模的设计要点,使用Deform-3D软件对板料进行模拟分析,在长度为100 mm、宽度为130 mm、厚度为1 mm的塑性板料上,尝试模拟成形5列4排(纵横对正)、边长b=10 mm、高度h≤3.5 mm的正列密集方形凸包件。从啮辊胀形装置、凸包尺寸参数两个方面进行模拟研究,首先论证了压料框的必要性,再通过设定压料框送进速度v、凸包高度h和凸包间距s,依次进行数值模拟试验。结果表明,工件会出现平面拱起、凸包圆角边缘破裂等问题。其中,h对工件质量的影响最大,当h小于一定值时,工件未出现拱起现象且不发生破裂,成形质量良好;改变v也有利于改善工件的破裂问题,但仍存在拱起现象,最小的拱起高度为0.292 mm;s对工件成形质量的影响最小,无明显变化。Through providing the design points of punch and die,the simulation analysis on sheet forming was conducted by software Deform-3 D,and the forming of square convex hull with dense row with five rows and four rows(alignment in vertical and horizontal directions),side length b=10 mm and height h≤3.5 mm was tried to simulate on the plastic sheet with 100 mm×130 mm×1 mm.Then,the simulation research was carried out from two aspects of meshing roll bulging device and size parameters of convex hull.Firstly,the necessity of press frame was demonstrated,and then the numerical simulation experiments were carried out in sequence by setting the feeding speed v of press frame,the height h of convex hull and the distance s of convex hull.The results show that the workpiece have problems of flat arching and fracture of convex hull fillet edge.Then,h has the greatest influence on the quality of workpiece.When h is less than a certain value,the workpiece does not appear flat arching and fracture,and the forming quality is good.In addition,changing v is also helpful to improve the fracture problem of workpiece,but it still has flat arching and the minimum arch height is 0.292 mm.Finally,the influence of s on the forming quality of workpiece is the smallest,and there is no significant change.
