摘　　要：本研究通过模式动物秀丽隐杆线虫(Caenorhabditis elegans,C.elegans),探究人参雨生红球藻浓缩饮品(Ginseng Haematococcus Pluvialis Concentrated Drink,GHCD)的抗衰老作用。将秀丽隐杆线虫饲喂于含有GHCD(0.25、0.5、1.0 mg/mL)的NGM培养基中,检测秀丽线虫寿命、热应激、运动及产卵等指标的变化,并测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。0.5、1.0 mg/mL GHCD可显著延长秀丽线虫寿命,具有抗热应激的能力,提高其运动能力活跃度和产卵能力,同时能显著提高秀丽线虫SOD酶的活力。GHCD可有效延缓衰老,可能与提高线虫抗热应激、抗氧化功能相关。To assess the anti-aging activity of Ginseng Haematococcus Pluvialis Concentrated Drink(GHCD)using the model animal Caenorhabditis elegans.The Caenorhabditis elegans were fed in the Nematode Growth Medium with different doses of GHCD(0.25,0.5,1.0 mg/mL)to test the change of lifetime,heat stress,movement ability,fecundity of Caenorhabditis elegans and the detection of the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD).0.5 and 1.0 mg·mL^-1 of GHCD have the ability to significantly prolong the life span of Caenorhabditis elegans,resist heat stress,improve the activity of exercise ability and fecundity.Meanwhile,it also can increase the activity of superoxide dismutase.GHCD can effectively delay aging,which may be related to the improvement of heat stress resistance and antioxidant function of Caenorhabditis elegans.
