摘　　要：分子标记是动物品种或基因型鉴定的一种新的有力工具。在基因水平上研究物种多样性,通过分子标记可鉴定水貂品种亲缘关系、寻找新的变异来源和探索控制遗传数量性状的遗传因素等方面具有重要的作用。本文综述了开展水貂分子标记在水貂育种中的必要性以及在水貂品种亲缘关系和繁殖性状相关基因的分子诊断中的应用,总结了今后开展水貂分子育种工作的思路。Molecular markers are new powerful tools for the identification of animal species or genotype.They plays very important roles on the species diversity at gene level.Molecular markers can be used to identify the genetic relationship of mink breeds,find new sources of variation and explore the genetic factors controlling genetic quatitative traits.This paper reviews the necessity of developing mink molecular genetic marker technology in mink breeding,the application of molecular genetic marker technology in the molecular diagnosis of mink breed genetic relationship and reproductive traits related genes,and summarizes the ideas of developing mink molecular breeding in the future.
