摘　　要：为了掌握甘肃省天水市和陇南市梅花鹿养殖产业发展的现状和存在问题,通过对甘肃省天水市和陇南市境内的梅花鹿养殖企业和个体户进行实地走访,对其梅花鹿产品开发、深加工及销售现状、产业发展等方面进行调查分析。调查结果显示,天水和陇南境内自然环境优越,适宜梅花鹿养殖,通过对甘肃省天水和陇南两市梅花鹿养殖产业发展的现状和存在问题进行调查与评价,指出存在问题,提出相应的解决对策。In order to grasp the current situation and problems of the development of Cervus nippon breeding industry in Tianshui and Longnan of Gansu Province.Through the field visits to the Cervus nippon breeding enterprises and self-employed individuals in Tianshui and Longnan of Gansu Province,this paper investigated and analyzed the Cervus nippon product development,deep processing and sales status,and industrial development were conducted.The survey results show that Tianshui and Longnan lies in the southeast and south of Gansu province,It is a monsoon region where the northern subtropical and warm temperate and mid-temperate zones overlap,they belong to the boundary between Palaearctic and Oriental realm,and the natural environment is favorable for Cervus nippon farming,the breeding and management has a long history,but the development of breeding industry in the two cities is not balanced and the level of scale development is relatively low.Based on the survey and evaluation of the development status and existing problems of the Cervus nippon breeding industry in Tianshui and Longnan,point out the existing problems,propose corresponding solutions.It provides a basis for scientific and reasonable protection,domestication,breeding,research and utilization,and a reference for the two cities to build a deer industry technology support system and formulate policies.
