摘  要:以感染炭疽病的核桃病果为试材,采用稀释涂布平板法分离出炭疽病病原菌,研究了10%世高、15%三唑酮、12.5%腈菌唑、45%咪鲜胺4种杀菌剂在不同药剂浓度下对核桃炭疽病病原菌的抑制作用及复配使用的抑菌效果,以期筛选出防治核桃炭疽病较好的药剂。结果表明:单独药剂10%世高50 mg·L^-1、15%三唑酮150 mg·L^-1、12.5%腈菌唑300 mg·L^-1的抑菌效果最好,不同浓度的45%咪鲜胺防治效果均较好,抑菌效果明显;15%三唑酮、10%世高、12.5%腈菌唑之间进行复配时发现抑菌率比单独使用有所降低;45%咪鲜胺112.5 mg·L^-1分别和15%三唑酮150 mg·L^-1、10%世高50 mg·L^-1、12.5%腈菌唑300 mg·L^-1复配使用,对核桃炭疽病病菌的菌丝生长抑制具有较为明显的增效作用;其中45%咪鲜112.5 mg·L^-1与15%三唑酮150 mg·L^-1复配防治效果达100%。防治效果优异,可以推荐生产上使用。The fruit of walnut disease infected with anthracnose was used as experiment material.Pathogens of anthracnose were isolated by dilution plate method.10%shigao,15%triadimefon,12.5%myclobutanil,45%prochloraz,the inhibitory effect of these four kinds of fungicides on pathogenic bacteria of walnut anthracnose at different concentrations and the bacteriostatic effect of compound application were studied,in order to screen out better agents for walnut anthracnose prevention.The results showed that the bacteriostatic effects of 10%shigao 50 mg·L^-1,15%triazolidone 150 mg·L^-1 and 12.5%myclobutanil 300 mg·L^-1 were the best and the control effect of 45%prochloraz with different concentration was very good,the bacteriostatic effect was obvious.The antimicrobial rate of 15%triazolidone,10%shigao and 12.5%myclobutanil complex was lower than that of single use.45%prochloraz 112.5 mg·L^-1 was combined with 15%triazolone150 mg·L^-1,10%shigao 50 mg·L^-1 and 12.5%myclobutanil 300 mg·L^-1 respectively which had obvious synergizing effect on hyphae growth inhibition of walnut anthracnose bacteria.Among them,the combined control effect of 45%prochloraz 112.5 mg·L^-1 and 15%triazolidone 150 mg·L^-1 could reach 100%,which had relatively excellent control effect and could be recommended for production.
