埋线联合西药治疗支气管扩张缓解期临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究穴位埋线联合盐酸氨溴索片口服治疗支气管扩张缓解期的临床疗效。方法收集临床治疗的100例支气管扩张缓解期患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组患者50例。对照组患者予以盐酸氨溴索片口服联合硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上予以穴位埋线治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、生活质量评分、6个月内急性加重次数、24 h痰总量、血气分析指标水平、肺功能指标水平变化情况。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、血氧分压(PaO2)水平均明显提高(P<0.05),且动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)水平较治疗前水平显著下降(P<0.05),同时观察组较对照组的变化幅度更为显著(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的每项肺功能指标水平均较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者6个月内急性加重次数、24 h痰总量均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者急性加重次数、24 h痰总量显著少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的BMI-梗阻-呼吸困难-运动能力健康指数(BMIObstruction-Dyspnea-Exercise Capacity Health index,BODE)改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合盐酸氨溴索片口服治疗支气管扩张缓解期可显著缓解相关临床症状与体征,有效控制病情进一步加重,改善患者肺功能,应广泛推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of bronchiectasis in remission period. Methods A total of 100 patients with bronchiectasis in remission period were collected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride tablets and salbutamol sulfate aerosol. The patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The clinical effect,quality of life score,the number of acute exacerbations within 6 months,the total amount of sputum in 24 hours,the level of blood gas analysis index and the level of pulmonary function index were compared before and after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of PaO2/FiO2,SaO2 and PaO2 in the two groups were significantly increased The level of PaCO2 was significantly lower than that before treatment,at the same time,the change range of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05);the level of each pulmonary function index in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the acute exacerbation times and 24-hour total sputum of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),after treatment,the number of acute exacerbations and total 24-hour sputum in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05);The improvement of BMI-obstruction-dyspnea-exercise capacity health index(BODE)in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the clinical treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).
