摘　　要：高脂血症作为一种常见的病理状态,可造成多系统损伤,严重影响患者的生活质量。然而,目前对于本病的认识多驳杂无序且无实质性进展,故此文通过查阅大量近年来国内外相关文献研究资料,就高脂血症的流行病学、发病机制、临床表现及中西医治疗等问题做归纳论述,以期探索出切实有效的临床诊疗方案,并就中西医研究现状与未来发展方向进行思考与展望。Hyperlipidemia,as a common pathological condition,can cause multiple system damage and seriously affect patients’ quality of life. However,the current understanding of the disease is complicated and disorderly,and there is no substantial progress. Therefore,this article reviews the epidemiological,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,and traditional Chinese and western medicine of hyperlipidemia by consulting a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literature research data in recent years Introductory discussion on issues such as treatment,with a view to exploring practical and effective clinical diagnosis and treatment plans,and thinking and prospects on the current status and future development of Chinese and Western medicine research.
