摘  要:该文通过分别研究国产纳滤膜NF1和VNF2对单组分溶液的截留率和膜通量以及双组分溶液的截留率,考察了国产纳滤膜对不同阴阳离子的截留顺序以及不同质量浓度的共存无机阴离子对纳滤除氟的影响。实验结果表明:通过对操作压力与纳滤膜通量之间的研究,证明操作压力是膜通量的主要推动力;单组分溶液中,膜NF1与VNF2对阳离子截留率的大小顺序为Mg^2+>Ca^2+>Na^+,对阴离子的截留顺序为F^->HCO3^->SO4^2->Cl^-,膜VNF2的截留率高于膜NF1,通量则低于膜NF1;在双组分溶液中,共存无机阴离子对F^-截留率的影响不同,主要影响顺序为SO4^2->HCO3^->Cl^-,而膜VNF2除氟时受到的影响小于膜NF1。By studying the rejection rate and membrane flux of single-component solutions and the rejection rate of twocomponent solutions of domestic nanofiltration membranes NF1 and VNF2 respectively,the effect of domestic nanofiltration membrane on the retention sequence of different ions and the co-existing inorganic anion with different mass concentrations on the removal of fluoride from nanofiltration was investigated.The results showed that the operating pressure was the main driving force of the membrane flux between the operating pressure and the nanofiltration membrane flux.In the single-component solution,the NF1 and VNF2 membranes had a cation rejection rate order of Mg^2+>Ca^2+>Na^+,and anion rejection order of F->HCO3^->SO4^2->Cl^-,while the retention rate of membrane VNF2 was higher than membrane NF1,and membrane flux was lower than NF1.In the two-component solution,different concentrations of co-existing inorganic anions had different effects on the F-rejection rate when the fluorine concentration remained constant,the main order of influence is SO4^2->HCO3^->Cl^-,and the membrane VNF2 is less affected by the fluorine removal than the membrane NF1.
