摘  要:植物修复作为一种环境友好的土壤修复手段,因其针对性强、提取效率低的特征,而难以大规模推广应用。在土壤中添加动植物源活化剂可以通过调节p H、螯合作用以及促生作用,提高植物提取土壤重金属的效率,加入具有活化重金属能力的微生物,可以促进植物对营养元素的吸收、增加植物的抗逆性,微生物的分泌物能增加重金属的生物活性,还可以通过螯合作用和特有的菌丝结构和根瘤促进重金属的转运。复合使用时,动植物源活化剂可以为微生物提供生殖环境,共同作用达到增加富集植物生物量和促进重金属吸收的效果。该文综述了动植物源活化剂和微生物对植物的促生机制、对植物吸收转运重金属的促进机制,以及复合使用时的互作机制等,并在此基础上提出了今后的研究重点。Phytoremediation,as one of the emerging soil remediation methods,is difficult to promote and apply on a large scale due to the impact of strong pertinence and low extraction efficiency.Adding animal and plant source activators to the soil can improve the ability of plants to extract heavy metals from the soil by adjusting pH,chelating and promoting growth.The addition of microorganisms with the ability to activate heavy metals can promote the absorption of nutrients by plants and increase the resistance of plants.The secretions of microorganisms can increase the biological activity of heavy metals,and it can also promote the transport of heavy metals through chelation and unique mycelial structures and nodules.When used in combination,animal and plant source activators can provide a reproductive environment for microorganisms,and work together to increase the enrichment of plant biomass and promote the absorption of heavy metals.This paper reviews the growth-promoting mechanism of plant-derived activators and microorganisms,the promotion mechanism of plant uptake and transport of heavy metals,and the interaction mechanism when combined use,and puts forward the focus of future research on this basis.
