摘　　要：【目的】初步观察白花三地颗粒治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。【方法】选取本院自2014年至2018年慢性盆腔炎患者共328例,其中168名患者为观察组使用白花三地颗粒治疗,160名患者为对照组使用常规治疗方法治疗。研究对比两组患者治疗后的总有效率、B超变化,白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)炎性指标的变化。【结果】观察组总有效率92.8%,对照组总有效率85.6%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后观察组B超复常率为76.4%,对照组为75.0%,两组比较无统计学差异;治疗后两组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。【结论】白花三地颗粒能有效改善慢性盆腔炎患者症状、调节炎性因子水平,值得应用推广。【Objective】To study the curative effect of Baihua Sandi Granules on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.【Methods】A total of 328 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation in our hospital from 2014 to 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them.168 patients in the observation group were treated with Baihua Sandi granulevS,and 160 patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatm ent.The total response rate,changes of B-ultrasound,changes of interleukin-6(IL-6),tum or necrosis factor(TNF-α)and Creactive protein(CRP)inflammatory indexes were compared between 2 groups after treatment.【Results】 The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.8%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.6%,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<C0.05).A fter treatment,the recovery rate of B-mode ultrasonography was 77.8% in the observation group and 76%in the control group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.A fter treatment,there were significant differences in IL-6,TNF-α and CRP between the two groups(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Baihua Sandi granules can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation and regulate the level of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of application and promotion.
