摘  要:高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)是由于尿酸排泄减少、嘌呤代谢紊乱和尿酸持续升高而引起单钠尿酸盐结晶体析出并沉积于组织或器官而形成的代谢性疾病。HUA的发病原因较为复杂,与年龄、性别、肥胖、饮食、遗传和运动不足等因素有关。近年来,以非药物治疗手段为主的运动疗法,正逐步被医学临床应用并取得了较好的预防和治疗效果,但机制尚未完全明确。建议未来以不同运动模式介导HUA相关分子靶点的系列研究,进一步丰富和充实运动刺激信号调控HUA的分子信号理论。Hyperuricemia(HUA)is a metabolic disease caused by the precipitation of monosodium urate crystals and their deposition in tissues or organs due to the decreased excretion of uric acid,the disorder of purine metabolism and the continuous rise of uric acid.The pathogenesis of HUA is complex,which is related to age,gender,obesity,diet,heredity and insufficient exercise.In recent years,non-drug therapy has been gradually applied in human clinical practice and has achieved good results in prevention and treatment.But the mechanism is not yet fully clear.In the future,it is suggested to conduct a series of studies on related molecular targets of HUA mediated by different movement patterns,so as to further enrich the molecular signal transduction theory of HUA regulated by exercise stimulation signals.
