摘  要:为探明抗剥落剂对沥青路用性能和耐久性的影响,研究了3种抗剥落剂的不同掺量对沥青物理、流变和老化性能的影响。采用软化点、针入度、延度及布氏旋转黏度试验测试了沥青的物理性能,采用动态剪切流变仪测试了沥青的流变性能,分别采用薄膜烘箱老化试验和压力老化箱老化试验模拟了沥青的短期热氧老化和长期热氧老化过程。结果表明:加入抗剥落剂使沥青的软化点略微升高,针入度有所降低,但对黏度和延度影响不大;随着抗剥落剂掺量的增加,沥青复数模量逐渐降低,相位角逐渐升高,使得沥青的流动性增强,其中LOF-6500对沥青的流变性能影响最明显;沥青的车辙因子随着抗剥落剂掺量的增加逐渐减小,说明加入抗剥落剂降低了沥青在高温下抗剪切变形的能力,此外,临界温度也随之逐渐下降,但不影响沥青的高温PG等级;沥青中掺加抗剥落剂均可降低其在经历短期老化和长期老化过程后的黏度老化指数与软化点增量,而残留针入度比、延度保留率和相位角老化指数增加,表明加入抗剥落剂后,沥青的抗短期老化和抗长期老化效果均得到改善。In order to clarify the influence of anti-stripping agents on asphalt road performance and durability,the influences of different dosages of 3 anti-stripping agents on the physical,rheological and aging properties of asphalt are studied.The physical properties of asphalt are measured by softening point,penetration,ductility and rotational viscosity tests,the rheological properties of asphalt are measured by dynamic shear rheometer,and the short-term thermal oxidative aging and long-term thermal oxidative aging of asphalt are simulated by using thin film oven test(TFOT)and pressure aging vessel(PAV)test respectively.The result shows that(1)With these anti-stripping agents added into asphalt,the softening point is increased slightly and the penetration is reduced,but it has little influence on the viscosity and ductility.(2)With the increase of anti-stripping agent dosage,the complex modulus decreases and the phase angle increases gradually,which enhances the fluidity of asphalt,and LOF-6500 has the most obvious influence on the rheological properties of asphalt.(3)The rutting factor of asphalt gradually decreases with the increase of anti-stripping agent dosage,indicating that the anti-stripping agents can reduce the shear deformation resistance of asphalt at high temperature.In addition,the failure temperature also gradually decreases,but it does not affect the high temperature PG grade of asphalt.(4)Adding anti-stripping agent into asphalt can reduce its viscosity aging index and softening point increment after short-term aging and long-term aging,while the residual penetration ratio,ductility retention rate and phase angle aging index increase,indicating that the antishort-term aging and anti-long-term aging effects of asphalt are improved after the addition of anti-stripping agents.
