中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医复方与胰岛素联合治疗2型糖尿病对患者胰岛β细胞分泌功能相关指标变化的影响。方法:将80例2型糖尿病患者随机均分成治疗组和对照组,分别进行中药复方联合门冬胰岛素30注射液、单纯门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗12周,观察比较两组间各项相关指标的差异,评价治疗效果,并在3个月后随访相关指标;结果:治疗组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候总积分、全血黏度及血浆黏度均下降(P<0.05),且均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组糖化血红蛋白下降(P<0.05)、胰岛β细胞功能指数增加(P<0.05),胰岛素抵抗指数下降(P<0.05),均较对照组明显。随访三个月后,治疗组胰岛β细胞功能恢复及胰岛素抵抗下降较对照组明显(P<0.05);结论:中药复方可促进缓胰岛β细胞功能的恢复,减轻胰岛素抵抗,降低血液黏度,疗效好。Objective:To observe the effect of Self-made Chinese medicine compound combined with insulin on the changes of related indexes of islet β cell secretion function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:80 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group.They were respectively treated with Chinese medicine compound plus 30 injections of insulin aspart and 30 injections of insulin aspart alone for 12 weeks.The differences in related in­dexes between the two groups were observed,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.The related indexes were followed up 3 months later.Results:The total response rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).The total score of TCM syndrome,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the treatment group decreased(P<0.05),and they were lower than the controlled group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin resistance index decreased(P<0.05),while the islet β cell secretion function index increased(P<0.05).The above changes were more obvious than the controlled group.After three months of follow-up,the recovery of islet β cell secretion function and decrease of insulin resistance in the treatment group were more significant than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chi­nese medicine compound can promote the recovery of islet β cell function,reduce insulin resistance,and decrease blood viscosi­ty,with good effect.
