摘  要:目的:基于关联规则Apriori算法进行数据挖掘的方式,收集数据库中已发表的、以中药治疗癃闭的文献,探索中药治疗癃闭的用药规律。方法:从已发表的文献中筛选出符合纳入排除标准的207个处方,使用Excel2015进行数据输入,运用R语言(3.6.2版本)的"arules"、"arulesViz"数据包进行频数分析及关联规则数据挖掘,探求其用药规律。结果:共选用207个处方,其中使用频次大于20次的高频药物有26味,为:黄芪、茯苓、肉桂、牛膝等,多数为活血化瘀药、清热药、补虚药及利水渗湿药,药性多寒性、平性、温性,归经多为肾、脾、心、肺、肝经,药味多甘味、苦味、辛味。药物的关联规律表明,临床上使用的最多的药对为泽泻-茯苓。结论:治疗癃闭多用活血化瘀、利水渗湿、利尿通淋、补气行水之法,对于医生临证治疗有指导意义。Objective: We collected the published literature for traditional Chinese medicine treating uroschesis, and to explore its prescriptions’ rules by using association rules of Apriori algorithm.Methods: We selected 207 prescriptions that met our inclusion and exclusion criteria from published literature, using Excel 2015 for data entry, and the "arules" and "arulesViz" data packages in R language(version 3.6.2) for frequency analysis and association rules data mining.Results: There were 207 prescriptions were selected.There were 26 high-frequency drugs used more than 20 times, which were: Astragalus, Poria, Cinnamon, most of them were promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, treating hot evil, restoring vital energy and diuresis.Most of them belonged to the kidney, spleen, heart, lung, liver.Their tastes were sweet, bitter, and spicy.The association rule of the drugs showed that the most used drug pair in clinical was rhizoma alismatis-Poria.Conclusion: Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, diuresis, and Qi supplementation were mostly used for treating urinary retention, this could guide the doctor in clinical treatment.The study on the rule of traditional Chinese medicine for uroschesis based on Apriori association rule algorithm.
