摘　　要：阐述电除尘工作原理,对电除尘螺旋线断线原因、电除尘器本体故障进行分析,提出在运行中处理电除尘螺旋线断线引起电场故障的方法(电流烧蚀法和电弧烧蚀法),将这两种方法配合使用,能及时消除电除尘器接地故障的隐患,起到稳定生产的作用。This paper expounds the working principle of electrostatic precipitator, analyzes the reasons for the broken wire of electrostatic precipitator and the internal fault of electrostatic precipitator, and puts forward the methods to deal with the electric field fault caused by the broken wire of electrostatic precipitator in operation(current ablation method and arc ablation method). By using these two methods combined, the hidden trouble of grounding fault of electrostatic precipitator can be eliminated in time, to ensure stable production.
