摘　　要：介绍了广西钢铁气体厂1#40000m3/h制氧机组BP-39/280型中压液氮泵的基本情况,分析了泵叶轮及泵轴损伤的原因,采取了针对性措施,保证该设备平稳、可靠运行,达到了良好的效果。This paper introduces the basic situation of BP-39/280 medium pressure liquid nitrogen pump of the No.1 40 000 m~3/h oxygen making unit in Guangxi Steel gas plant,analyzes the causes of pump impeller and pump shaft damage, and takes targeted measures to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the equipment, which has achieved good results.
