摘  要:分析了特大型高炉联合软水密闭循环冷却系统的工艺特点及开炉初期循环水水质快速达标存在的困难,建立了企业内部水质控制标准,采取了水力冲洗、化学清洗、临时旁滤、精密过滤等多项工艺技术措施,实现了水质快速达标。The process characteristics of combined soft water closed circulating cooling system for super large blast furnace and the difficulties in reaching the standard of circulating water quality at the initial stage of blowing in are analyzed. The internal water quality control standard of the enterprise is established, and a number of technical measures such as hydraulic flushing, chemical cleaning, temporary side filtration and precision filtration are adopted to achieve the standard of water quality.
