摘  要:为解决GD包装机组成像检测系统无法对小盒烟包与传送带的接触面进行检测等问题,对该装置进行了改进。由第一个CCD相机检测小盒的3个面后,通过新增的翻转轨道将小盒翻转180°,再由第二个CCD相机检测另外3个面,解决了小盒检测盲区问题;设计了分包装置,使翻转后的连包小盒分离,提高了缺陷小盒剔除准确度。以沈阳卷烟厂生产的"红塔山软经典(1956)"牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后实现了小盒全方位在线检测和剔除功能,因小盒检测盲区导致的质量缺陷烟包平均剔除36.33盒/月,缺陷次数由2.17次/月减少为0。该技术可为提高卷烟产品包装质量提供支持。In order to inspect all the six sides of a cigarette packet including the side that contacts with the conveying belt,the imaging inspection device in GC packer was modified,wherein the first CCD camera was arranged to inspect the three sides of a cigarette packet,thereafter the packet was turned by 180°through the new added turnover channel to have the other three sides of the packet exposed to the second CCD camera.To ensure effective inspection,the contacted packets came out of the turnover channel were separated by a new designed separator to make space between the sequential packets.Cigarettes of brand“Hongtashan Soft Classic(1956)”were tested in Shenyang Cigarette Factory,and the results showed that the average number of rejected cigarette packets due to appearance defects on the side in contact with the conveying belt was 36.33 packets/month;the frequency of defective packets after artificial inspection reduced from 2.17 times/month to 0.This technology provides a support for promoting the appearance quality of finished cigarette packets.
