摘　　要：关注手部卫生及手部健康问题是预防疾病、控制感染的重要环节,特别是新型冠状病毒流行期间,手部健康尤为重要。手部基础护理包括加强防护,减少刺激,使用润肤剂。而针对皮肤疾病,如刺激性接触性皮炎以外用疗法为主,手部湿疹、汗疱疹及掌跖脓疱病可采用内服外用等多种疗法。本文旨在探讨手部皮肤的常见问题及相应处理措施,为手部皮肤的护理和常见疾病治疗提供思路。Pay attention to hand hygiene and hand health problems are important links to prevent diseases and control infection,especially during the epidemic period of COVID-19,hand health is particularly important.Basic hand care includes enhanced protection,reduced irritation,and the use of emollients.And for skin diseases,such as irritant contact dermatitis,external therapy is mainly used,hand eczema,pompholyx(dyshidrotic eczema)and palmoplantar pustulosis can be used for internal and external treatments.The purpose of this paper is to explore the common problems of hand skin and the corresponding treatment measures,so as to provide ideas for the care of hand skin and the treatment of common diseases.
