摘　　要：经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)是手术治疗老年男性良性前列腺增生的金标准,此类手术需要使用大量冲洗液来扩大手术视野并冲洗掉碎片和血液,这种冲洗的一个潜在的并发症是液体的全身吸收,其可引起一系列临床症状,严重者可危及生命,故TURP手术中监测灌洗液吸收量有重要意义。现综述了目前国内外TURP手术中灌洗液吸收量的监测方法。Transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)is the gold standard for surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in elderly men.This type of surgery requires the use of a large amount of irrigation fluid to expand the surgical field of view and wash away debris and blood.One potential complication of this irrigation is the systemic absorption of liquid,which can cause a series of clinical symptoms and even be life-threatening in severe cases.Therefore,monitoring the absorption of lavage fluid during TURP surgery is of great significance.This article reviews the current monitoring methods of lavage fluid absorption in TURP surgery at home and abroad.
