摘　　要：文章介绍了一种锻铝合金轴箱体的研制过程,包括轴箱体的设计、制造和试验,重点对轴箱体进行了强度评估和模锻成型仿真,并对成品轴箱体的强度试验方法和过程进行了说明。This paper presents the development process of a forging aluminum alloy axle box body,including the design,manufacture and test of the axle box body.The strength evaluation and die forging simulation of axle box body are carried out,and the strength test method and process of finished axle box body are explained.
