摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢化学科技有限公司WSA制酸氨单元SCR装置脱除NOX工艺。通过长期大量的生产调试得出了合理的工艺参数控制范围,即混合器后温度控制为380~420℃,氨气与稀释空气比值控制在12%以下,并提出了相应工艺管控措施。实施后,NOX脱除率可达到90%,制酸烟囱无可视黄烟,促进了硫酸铵增产,硫酸铵收得率由1.05%提高至1.12%。The process for NO_Xremoval by SCR device in ammonia unit for WSA acid making in Ansteel Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was introduced. Based on long-term massive production commissioning, the reasonable control range for technological parameters were obtained. The technological parameters in terms of the control range included the temperature after mixing by mixer with the range from 380 ℃ to 420 ℃,ratio of ammonia gas to diluent air with the range below 12%. Meanwhile, some measures for management and control were proposed. After the measures were taken, the NO_Xremoval rate reached to 90% and there was no visible yellow smoke discharged from acid making chimney, which promoted the productive capacity of ammonium sulfate and therefore the yield of ammonium sulfate was increased to 1.12% from 1.05%.
