摘 要:基于鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂5号高炉大数据,介绍了高炉布料平台宽度计算方法,研究了高炉布料参数对高炉指标的影响,得出高炉布料平台极限宽度范围应控制在0.9~1.2 m,最佳平台宽度为1.1 m,无矿区占比53.5%,此时能保证风量及消耗达到最佳匹配;同时布料平台宽度每减少0.1 m,综合焦比升高约2.51 kg/t。Based on the big data of No.5 blast furnace(BF) in General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the calculation method for the width of BF distribution platform was introduced. Then the effect of the width of BF distribution platform on BF indexes was studied.After that it was concluded that the limit width range of distribution platform should be controlled in the range from 0.9 m to 1.2 m and the best platform width was 1.1 m, while the proportion of the zone with no ore was 53.5% where the optimal matching of air volume and consumption could be ensured. At the same time, as the width of the distribution platform was reduced by 0.1 m, the comprehensive coke ratio would increase by about 2.51 kg/t.
