摘 要:介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司炼焦部7 m焦炉烟气排放现状,阐述了焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝技术的工艺选择、工艺原理和技术特点。通过应用SDS干法脱硫+布袋除尘+中低温SCR脱硝技术,焦炉烟气SO2和NOX排放浓度分别达到了8~10 mg/m3和100~120 mg/m3,颗粒物排放浓度<10 mg/m3,均符合国家超低排放标准要求,具有推广和借鉴意义。The present status on emissions of flue gas from 7m coke oven in Coking Department of Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. was introduced. The process selection, technical principle and technical characteristics in terms of the desulfurization and denitrification technology for flue gas were expounded. By applying the SDS dry desulfurization plus dust removal with bag plus SCR denitration technology with medium and low temperatures, the emission concentration of SO2 and NOX in flue gas from coke oven reached 8 to 10 mg/m3 and 100 to 120 mg/m3 respectively, and the emission concentration of particulate matter was less than 10 mg/m3, all of which met the requirements asked by national ultra-low emission standards and had the significance of popularization and reference.
