摘  要:针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂260 t转炉冶炼高钛铁水发生喷溅的问题,分析了喷溅的原因,采取高、低硅铁水兑折或双渣法,根据底吹状态控制氧枪枪位的措施后,转炉冶炼高钛铁水的喷溅率由40%降至16%,保证了生产的顺行。In view of the problem that splashing occurred in smelting hot metal with high titanium in 260 t converter in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the causes leading to splashing were analyzed. After taking such measures as mixing the hot metal with adding hot metal with high silicon and low silicon for neutralizing or using double slag method, controlling the position of an oxygen lance based on the status of converter bottom blowing, the splashing rate was reduced to 16% from 40%, and then the smooth production was guaranteed.
