探讨静脉注射恩丹西酮对静吸复合全麻上腹部手术患者术后恶心呕吐的预防效果

摘　　要：目的:研究静脉注射恩丹西酮预防静吸复合全麻上腹部手术患者的术后恶心呕吐效果。方法:选择2017年1月~2018年1月在某院进行100例上腹部手术患者进行观察,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组患者使用常规治疗,观察组使用恩丹西酮,对比两组患者的镇痛和镇静评分、恶心呕吐发生情况。结果:观察组患者手术之后的镇静及镇痛评分比对照组优,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者发生恶心人数为10(20%),呕吐人数为3(6%),观察组患者发生恶心人数为2(4%),没有出现呕吐情况,观察组患者恶心、呕吐发生机率比对照组低,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用静脉注射恩丹西酮能够有效预防静吸复合全麻上腹部手术患者的术后恶心、呕吐情况,并且提高患者的镇静、镇痛评分,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To study the effect of ondansetron on preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing upper abdominal operation under static suction combined with general anesthesia.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2018,100 patients with epigastric surgery treated in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy and the patients in the observation group were treated with ondansetron,then the analgesic and sedative scores and the incidence of nausea and vomiting were compared between the two groups.Results:The score of sedation and analgesia in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of patients with nausea in the control group was 10(20%),and the number of patients with vomiting was 3(6%).The number of patients with nausea in the observation group was 2(4%),and there was no vomiting,which indicated that the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous injection of ondansetron can effectively prevent postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing upper abdominal surgery under static suction combined general anesthesia,and improve the score of sedation and analgesia,which is worthy of clinical application.
