康复新液治疗风湿免疫疾病中口腔溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复新液治疗风湿免疫疾病中口腔溃疡中的临床效果。方法:对2018年1月~2019年1月在某院治疗的80例风湿免疫疾病口腔溃疡患者进行研究,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予常规方法治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加康复新液治疗,对两组的症状改变、临床疗效等进行比较分析。结果:观察组的疼痛缓解时间为(1.13±1.45)d、药物起效时间为(1.81±0.64)d、充血症状消失时间为(2.27±1.49)d、溃疡面愈合时间为(4.41±2.08)d,对照组分别为(3.52±1.67)d、(2.66±1.43)d、(4.06±1.83)d、(6.29±2.36)d,观察组的病情恢复时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组治疗总有效率为95%明显高于对照组82.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液应用于风湿免疫疾病口腔溃疡治疗,可快速缓解症状,改善患者生活质量,提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of oral ulcer in rheumatic and immune diseases.Methods:80 patients with oral ulcer of rheumatic immune disease who were treated in a hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were studied.According to the treatment methods,all patients were divided into the two groups.The control group(40 cases)was given conventional treatment,and the observation group(40 cases)was treated with Kangfuxin solution based on the control group.The symptom change and clinical effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:In the observation group,the time of pain relief was(1.13±1.45)d,the time of drug onset was(1.81±0.64)d,the time of congestion symptom disappearance was(2.27±1.49)d,the time of ulcer surface healing was(4.41±2.08)d,and those in the control group was(3.52±1.67)d,(2.66±1.43)d,(4.06±1.83)d,and(6.29±2.36)d,respectively.The recovery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.5%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Kangfuxin liquid the treatment of oral ulcers with rheumatic immune diseases,which can quickly relieve symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients and improve clinical efficacy.
