稳心颗粒治疗慢性肺心病合并冠心病心律失常的临床疗效观察与分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨稳心颗粒治疗慢性肺心病合并冠心病心律失常的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年1月~11月某院收治的慢性肺心病合并冠心病心律失常患者96例,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各48例。两组均给予常规治疗包括吸氧、抗感染、化痰、解咳平喘等,对照组口服地高辛片治疗,观察组给予稳心颗粒治疗。结果:观察组干预后临床疗效、心率及心律失常情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒可有效治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病心律失常,利于改善患者心率,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy ofWenxin granule in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.Methods:96 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease from January to November 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment including oxygen inhalation,anti-infection,phlegm resolving,cough relieving and asthma relieving.The control group was treated with digoxin tablets orally,while the observation group was treated with Wenxin granules.Results:The clinical efficacy,heart rate and arrhythmia of the observation group after intervention were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenxin ranule can effectively treat chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease,and improve the heart rate of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
