摘  要:某款SUV在高寒实验中车内存在啸叫声,通过阶次分析锁定噪声源为爪极发电机,换装NVH性能较好的发电机后,啸叫得以消除。本文对两款发电机进行了测试和分析,首先对发电机的结构和噪声产生机理进行了研究;然后对两款发电机的测试数据进行了对比分析,确认发电机2相对发电机1在爪极噪声、风扇噪声及电磁噪声方面的改善效果;最后对两款发电机进行拆解分析,从结构设计上找到了噪声改善的原因。There is whistling in a certain type of SUV in the high and cold experiment.Through order analysis,the noise source is clawpole generator.After the generator with better NVH performance is replaced,the whistling can be eliminated.In this paper,the two generators are tested and analyzed.Firstly,the structure and noise generation mechanism of the generator are studied.Then,the test data of the two generators are compared and analyzed to confirm the improvement effect of generator 2 on claw pole noise,fan noise and electromagnetic noise compared with generator 1.Finally,the disassembly analysis of the two generators is carried out,and the reason of noise improvement is found from the structural design.
