摘  要:为研究弹性填料对ABR处理效果及细菌群落结构的影响,采用高通量测序技术研究两组ABR中的细菌群落结构.结果表明,弹性填料提高了ABR第1隔室中的平均COD去除率,降低了第2、3隔室中的平均COD去除率,对第4隔室中的平均COD去除率影响不大,减少了第1~3隔室内的特有细菌群落,增加了第4隔室内的特有细菌群落.Alpha多样性指数表明,弹性填料降低了ABR第1~3隔室中细菌群落的丰富度和多样性,提高了第4隔室中细菌群落的丰富度和多样性,降低了第1、3隔室中细菌群落的均匀度,提高了第2、4隔室中细菌群落的均匀度.在门(属)分类水平上,弹性填料使ABR中Synergistetes、Chloroflexi、Proteobacteria、Bacteroidetes和Firmicutes(Smithella、JGI-0000079-D21、Desulfomicrobium、Desulfobulbus、Christensenellaceae R-7 group、Aminiphilus和Lactivibrio)增殖或衰减较多.In order to explore the effect of elastic filler on the treatment efficiency and bacterial community structure in of ABR,high-throughput sequencing technology was used to study the bacterial community structure in two groups of ABR.The results showed that elastic fillers increased the average COD removal rate in ABR compartment 1,decreased the average COD removal rate in compartment 2 and 3.It had little effect on the average COD removal rate in compartment 4 and reduced the unique bacterial community in compartment 1-3,but increased the unique bacterial community in compartment 4.The results of Alpha diversity index showed that elastic filler decreased the richness and diversity of bacterial community in ABR compartment 1-3,increased the richness and diversity of bacterial community in compartment 4,decreased the evenness of bacterial community in compartment 1 and 3,increased the evenness of bacterial community in compartment 2 and 4.At the taxonomic level,elastic filler made Synergistetes,Chloroflexi,Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes(Smithella,JGI-0000079-D21,Desulfomicrobium,Desulfobulbus,Christensenellaceae R-7 group,Aminiphilus and Lactivib-rio)proliferate or attenuated more in ABR.
