摘  要:介绍了新的热输入(电弧能量)计算方法,应用背景及如何确定和测量计算公式中的各个参数,包括传统方法中的焊接电流、电弧电压、焊道长度及新计算方法中的电弧能量、功率。相对于传统方法,新的计算方法在生产中具有广泛的认可范围,可以节省大量成本,针对新的设备(特别是新型有波形控制的设备)可以减少重复的焊接工艺评定和焊接工艺验证的工作。A new calculation method of heat input( arc energy) was introduced together with its application background and how to determine and measure parameters in the calculation formula. The parameters included welding current,arc voltage and weld length in traditional method and arc energy and power in the new calculation method. Compared with the traditional method,the new calculation method had a wide range of approval in the production,which could save a lot of costs. For new equipment,especially for the new equipment with waveform control,it could reduce the repeated welding procedure qualification and welding process verification.
